Architecture
Our architectural services combine creative vision with technical expertise to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. We specialise in residential renovations, heritage buildings, and commercial developments. Our RIBA-certified team ensures compliance with planning regulations while exceeding client expectations through innovative design solutions.
Landscape Design
We create sustainable, context-sensitive landscape designs that enhance natural environments. Our approach integrates ecological considerations with practical usability for both private gardens and public spaces. Projects often involve collaboration with conservation organisations to protect and enhance biodiversity.
Project Management
Our project management covers all stages from initial concept to final completion. Using the RIBA Plan of Work framework, we coordinate consultants, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery. This service includes feasibility studies, planning applications, and construction phase oversight.
Feasibility Studies
We conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments to evaluate project potential before development begins. This includes site analysis, budget forecasting, and stakeholder consultation to create robust plans that secure funding and ensure long-term success for community and commercial projects.
Measured Surveys
Our detailed measured building surveys provide accurate data for renovation or conservation projects. Using advanced technology, we create precise floor plans, elevations, and 3D models that form the foundation for architectural design and heritage preservation work.

Report
Salt Architects have undertaken three projects at our property and all have been superb. A complicated building layout was transformed into a light and airy extension to our home and way of living. This gave us the confidence as returning clients to work with Bridget Hansford to redesign two of our gardens which were much admired in this years open garden trail.
