Our Story

Studio Four Architects was founded in 1992 at Tollgate Estates in Romsey by George Rankin and Nick Lockyer, with Mike Brownlow joining in 1993. The practice has steadily expanded its base and workload and now enjoys involvement in a very wide variety of projects and sectors.

Our People

Report

Mike is a RIBA-registered architect and a Founding Director of the practice, based in our Winchester office. His career has included a full range of project types including healthcare, education, residential, leisure, private housing, emergency services and commercial developments. The wide range of experience and contacts he has built up since starting work in the mid-80s allows him to provide knowledgeable advice on many different sectors and procurement types, as well as putting together suitable teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
