Very happy with the service provided by Chris. A reasonable price, good communication throughout, not patronising when I needed further explanation on some things. Got a level 3 survey with additional drone survey. Was provided with the full drone survey as well as having the relevant images incorporated into the full report. Very thorough survey, pointing out many things I had missed on my cursory viewings. Would recommend.

Being first time buyers, we were unsure of the processes, however Chris made it very clear to us throughout. We had some timing issues and he was very understanding and nothing was too much effort. The report came quickly and was very thorough, he also took the time for a phone call to explain it in further detail.

Chris provided a great service for the house we are trying to buy. He talked through all of the options with us. The survey was completed quickly and the most thorough we have ever seen. Chris spent at least an hour talking through the results, gave us a thorough idea of pricing to rectify found issues and is always quick to answer any questions we ask of him. Chris offered us an outstanding level of service from our very first communication with him. He produced a thorough level 3 survey of our grade 2 listed property and was able to communicate his thoughts in a clear and concise manner and explain technical jargon in a way that was approachable and easy to understand. He has an excellent knowledge of older buildings and how to overcome the problems they can present. He is realistic and cost sensitive in his approach and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Chris was wonderful and so friendly to work with. From receiving the quote, carrying out the survey and finalising the report, he was professional, transparent and very helpful with his advice about the property that I am purchasing.
