Within our scope of services, we provide with the following:
DOMESTIC RESIDENTIAL: Extensions, alterations, conversions, design access statements, party wall awards, planning application submission, Building Regulations, and contract administration to completion.
DEVELOPER RESIDENTIAL: Detailed construction drawings and specifications from your post-planning documents. On all projects, Designer's Risk Assessments and Hazard Identification Records are produced and issued to the appointed CDM Co-ordinator for inclusion in the Pre-Construction Health and Safety Plan.
DESIGN & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT: We coordinate everything from technical approvals, NHBC, planning conditions discharge, Code requirements, building regulations, Section 106, and other statutory compliance. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.
