We are an architectural practice based in Central London who deals with small to medium scale architectural projects. We have experience on every stage of the process, from obtaining Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval (including structural calculations) to project managing schemes during construction.

Our approach is inherently contextual and our schemes, often located in the dense urban and suburban areas of London, reflect the historic characteristics of the immediate surroundings. This sensitive approach to development proves beneficial in our applications for planning permission, especially when the property is located in a Conservation Area as many of our projects are.

Our flexible approach to construction offers our clients additional input throughout the process as well as economically viable solutions to changes that affect the course of the development. Through closely monitoring the work on site we are able to produce results unique to the preferences of our client.

Within our scope of services, we provide with the following:

DOMESTIC RESIDENTIAL: Extensions, alterations, conversions, design access statements, party wall awards, planning application submission, Building Regulations, and contract administration to completion.

DEVELOPER RESIDENTIAL: Detailed construction drawings and specifications from your post-planning documents. On all projects, Designer's Risk Assessments and Hazard Identification Records are produced and issued to the appointed CDM Co-ordinator for inclusion in the Pre-Construction Health and Safety Plan.

DESIGN & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT: We coordinate everything from technical approvals, NHBC, planning conditions discharge, Code requirements, building regulations, Section 106, and other statutory compliance. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.
