Rizzo Architecture have done a thoroughly excellent job of designing us a loft conversion with two dormers, and helping us obtain a Building Warrant. We spoke to 3 different architects before choosing these guys, and we chose them as we felt Davide P was the first person we spoke to who properly sat and listened carefully/intently to what we wanted and explored all options. He was very patient, gave us several design options, and was always responsive. Their collective knowledge of building regs / Council-specific requirements was impressive. Davide helped us with a garage conversion all the way through from initial design to planning permission and building warrant applications, to scope of work definition and request for quotation, selection of the builder and finally obtaining completion certificate. I have found the service offered by Davide and his team extremely professional and attentive to all the needs and requirements we had.
Davide designed an extension to our daughters room that would include introducing one big dormer window. Due to planning the large dormer idea didnt pass and David came up with the alternative 2 smaller dormers instead and this got the ok from the planning department.
All good and very satisfying results.
