Snell David was born out of a practice established in 1993 by Richard David and was formed in the summer of 2000 when James Snell joined as a partner. The practice incorporated in the summer of 2006 and has its core business activities in London and a satellite office in Cambridge. The practice specialises in all areas of the high end residential sector including Listed or new-build houses, refurbishments, extensions, conversions and social housing.

We pride ourselves on our dedicated personal and flexible approach in all aspects of domestic architecture. Projects range from grand new-build houses and Listed building refurbishments to modest re-modelling and extension to existing homes with typical project values from 150k up to 5M. Regardless of project value we aim to deliver a personal and design-led approach to each and every project. We operate two offices, one in London overlooking the river Thames in Wandsworth and our Cambridge office in nearby Whittlesford.
