Our fees depend on the needs of each client; all our clients' requirements and objectives are different. We will be happy to provide a fee proposal when we have seen your project and understand your aims and the level of our involvement, which can range from gaining planning and building regulations approval through to obtaining quotes, and supervising the building contract through to completion handover. Your initial consultation with us is at our expense and you will be under no obligation to use bi Design.
