Due to the long established location of our practice, many of our residential projects involve work to properties in Conservation Areas as well as works to Listed Buildings. Our clients have benefited from our knowledge of local planning policy in this regard when working on extending & refurbishing existing properties as well as new build projects in order to maximise the potential & value of a property or site.
