My friend and i are currently renting a property from these, a house in which they designed. they're also, unfortunately, our landlords. i say unfortunately as having only lived here for three months we've quickly realised that the house is all style and no substance; the building side of things is cheap, cheap, cheap. my housemate has been expected to sleep in a room riddled with damp while all they do is be as faceless as they can and offer us band aid solutions via our letting agency in order to save pennies. a shoddy, shoddy building, which reflects them as landlords; they have no respect for the property and no respect for their tenants. to sum up kingconroy in one word it would be inept. they're lucky to get one star, but in order to post this review i had to give a rating.
