We will always try to answer your questions about the design and planning process and leave you with clear expectations before embarking on the project. We will advise on the best route be it permitted development or a full planning application. We will give you an impartial list of names of builders who have built to our plans and had good feedback from clients. The cost of changes requested by planners or the client will be allowed for in our quotation.

We've found Stephen to be a very creative designer, often thinking outside the box but in a pragmatic way. The number of husband/spouse differences in ideas meant it was almost impossible to accomodate everything we wanted, and I feared we'd end up with a very boring set of compromises. But Stephen came up with a terrific design that is exciting yet simple. We can't wait to see the final result!
