We commissioned Young Architecture to obtain planning permission for a double storey front extension and loft conversion to our property. We were extremely satisfied with the design process and outcome. We had a very general brief but working closely with the architect we came up with a very interesting proposal.
We were able to see the design in 3d perspective views and it helped us to understand better how it will work. We were very impressed with the level of detail on the drawings and thinking behind it. After getting involved with several local architects, Greensky stepped in and took the scheme through to completion. Mark, made the whole process very simple and supported me through the process, GreenSky even recommended local contractors to tender for the works. We are planning a new storage facility in Ashton under Lyne in 2012 and GreenSky will be the lead designer. If you need someone to step in a help at a fraction of the cost of the larger practices then GreenSky is for you.

Me and my wife were in a predicament, move to a bigger house or extend the existing family home. The children were all settled in their schools and we love the area we live in. The first architect we employed had our proposals turned down twice, Greenfields Architectural services managed to get our proposals through the planners first time.
