| Job description: | Architectural hand drawing and adminastrative duties. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | The successful candidate must be able to produce hand drawings (not cad) to Planning and Building Regulation stages for mostly large residential extensions and alterations to properties within conservation areas. They would need to work on their own initiative within a small office and accept a varied workload both in drawing exercises and adminastrative duties to help keep small office efficient. |
