Beanland Associates Architects were established in 1994 and the partners, Stan Beanland and Marion Edwards moved into their own offices in Ipswich 18 months ago. At this time the practice was expanded and approved under BS EN ISO 9001. We undertake initial conceptual studies, detailed planning and design work.


Jeffery Collinson & Associates are Architects at 95 Mill Street, St Osyth. Our experience covers all types of work, health, housing, one off houses, education, leisure, commercial, industrial both in terms of designs for new build construction and for alterations, extensions and refurbishment of listed buildings.

The practice was formed in 1988 initially operating in Maldon Essex and subsequently moving to our own purpose built offices in 1992 from where we currently operate. We are proud that we still retain many clients with whom we formed a working partnership in 1988. The practice of Plater|Claiborne, Architecture + Design was formed by the merger of the award winning architectural firms of Borges & Claiborne Architects and Simon Plater Associates, with a background in housing, community, commercial and ecclesiastical architecture, and work to historic buildings including scheduled ancient monuments.


The firm of Quinlan and Francis Terry LLP continues the architectural style of the practice which was started by Raymond Erith in 1928, and specializes in high quality traditional building of a classical design. The practice has considerable experience of projects in the UK and overseas; it is based in Dedham, Essex and employs between 15 and 20 staff.
