The project consists of four self-contained 2 bedroom flats built into a slope on Belmont Hill, Lewisham. They feature a planted roof designed to promote growth of local wild flowers for biodiversity. They are provided with solar panels on the South side which contribute towards heating and hot water provision in each of the flats.
