| Candidate CV resume: | I currently study Architectural Technology BSc (Hons) and my education consists of design, the construction processes and structural forms and behaviour. I am becoming proficient in the AutoCAD series among other software programmes as well as being able in hand sketching and drawing. I am a calm, driven person and want to be the best I can whenever possible in order to achieve success for myself and those around me. I believe taking a year out do a work placement is a good way of developing my skills further and broadening my disciplines whilst obtaining direct experience in my fields of interest. On my course I am exploring design in some of the modules I have chosen, using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and Google SketchUp to help me achieve finished products in terms of assignments. I enjoy seeing conceptual designs turn into real interpretations in which a product can be formed from. I specifically enjoy adapting and changing designs to suite the customer and to overcome unforeseen problems. Making designs work. I am a quick learner and want to broaden my disciplines as much as I can for when I return to study my final year, helping me achieve high grades and understanding in my university work, and ultimately in the workplace when I graduate. |
