We act as your agent free of charge to get your job passed through the councils planning department. We as a company achieve this high rate through many years of understanding, town planning issues, policies and inside relationships with borough council officials and planning officers. We will advise you on what you can and can't do to succeed in your dream design.

A scheme design is then discussed and options are then sketched up.
All information is then transferred to CAD.
After 5 working days all drawings are complete then the final design is completed with your input and changes done if needed.
A full planning pack is then put together for the council’s submission. (OS base map, applications forms, photos, drawings and access and design statements are all prepared)
