We are Architectural Designers in Plymouth, serving surrounding counties (Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset).

We have worked on such projects as the Olympic Developments 2012 and various large schemes around the south west.

We specialise in Residential design, planning, building regulations and detailing, including conversation, adaptation, conversion, refurbishment and new builds. We also design extensions and loft conversions, as well as residential type sheds (not your bog standard B&Q type!) and landscape gardens.

Great emphasis is made on meeting standards of tomorrow within our buildings, as well as keeping running costs down - all this at very competitive prices. Some people say we are cheap - we say we are good value for money!

Plans Only Service J25/m2 of your extension/conversion + J100 survey We are currently offering a plans only service for extensions & conversions. We will survey your property and draw up plans to your brief for submission to a Planning Authority and Local Building Control office for only J25/m2 plus J100 survey fee. We will also give you all the information required for submission, including planning & building regulation fees due. Everything else will be down to your builder.
