Our architectural design service has been aimed at the domestic housing market and includes designs for small extensions, large two storey projects, loft conversions, garages + conversions, disabled adaptations and internal alterations to provide open plan living accommodation.

The service has expanded to include building estimating for clients and builders, procurement advice for building contracts and party wall surveying.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)

A recent addition has been the introduction of Domestic Energy Assessments. This service provides customers with a survey and an energy performance certificate for their property which is now a requirement whenever a property is sold or rented in the UK. Advice is also given to customers to improve the energy rating of the property.
