This conversion of a derelict agricultural barn in Ebrington, near Chipping Campden, provides a large four bedroom dwelling including new garaging and stables. The barn was not Listed but the Planning Authority required that most of the existing structures had to be restored including the large elm trusses. The finished building therefore retains much of the original agricultural character whilst providing a high quality dwelling including the latest heating and insulation technology. The building is associated with a recent farmhouse renovation, also carried out by Eastabrooks, and both properties enjoy magnificent views across the Cotswold countryside.
