We are delighted that our office scheme at 50 Marshall Street in Soho has been completed this month. The scheme involved a roof extension with terraces, 14,000 sq.ft Cat A office refurbishment, a new ground floor retail unit and the remodelling of the external facade. The final part of our office refurbishment at 17 Slingsby Place in Covent Garden has been handed over to our client with the completion of the reception area.
