Following the purchase of this creek side detached property in Restronguet Point, we were appointed by the new owners to design a Ground Floor rear extension to the existing rear terrace to create further living accommodation, whilst maximising the beautiful elevated views. We were appointed in 2019 to redesign a residential plot with existing permission to construct a large detached family home, The new design brief was for a more traditional family home to suit the client's needs on a much smaller scale than the approved dwelling.
Utilising redundant land around an existing Farmhouse, following neighbouring development, Planning drawings prepared for 7 new dwellings with garages and allocated parking for this site near St Austell. Planning drawings prepared for this prestigious development of 8 detached 2-3 storey family homes in Truro, maximising the slope of the existing brownfield site, with Garages at lower Ground Floor Level, with all living accommodation at First & Second Floor with access to rear gardens. Following outline planning permission for an existing permission for holiday accommodation to be changed to full residential, we were appointed to provide full design proposals for 38 Houses for the rural development.
