We offer the self build client advice about obtaining Planning Permission, construction costs, selection of building contractor and utilising either traditional or timber framed construction methods. We provide a personal design package ranging from "Permissions Only" (obtaining Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations approval) right through to a complete Project Management Service. We also provide planning and development advice to Private Developers for both new build and conversion projects.
