Bisayo Properties (UK) Ltd was formed in 2004 by Tayo Aluko of Aluko Brooks Architects. This was as a result of his thinking for some time that a company set up specifically with the design and construction of ecological buildings as its raison d'etre would be the ideal client. Rather than going out looking for that dream client, he decided to become that dream client.
