Site Surveys Agrarian lt undertake measured site surveys to enable clients and ourselves to develop their schemes to enable the compilation of refurbishments or planning applications. In addition to the measured site surveys we also undertake conditions surveys upon all buildings.

Planning Applications Agrarian will compile scheme drawings and submitt and liase with planning authorities to gain an approval. Over the last ten years our approval rate has been 99.1% which is something we are very proud of and strive to maintain. Our planning team draw on a broad spectrum of works from single dwellings, extensions etc through to large housing developments. With regards to commercial planning projects we again have gained approval for clubs, restaurants, offcies, factories, production facilities, veterinary, equestrian.
